Todd Cohen is an internet and media executive with over 18 years of experience, including founding several innovative companies including one of the first white label social networking platforms and the first social commerce platform in LATAM. Todd thrives in areas of business development, digital media, product development, business operations, and strategy with a strong focus on applying new technologies and initiatives across businesses.
Currently launching Spark Mobility, an exciting new startup that’s leveraging advertising and brand sponsorship to fund mobility infrastructure and services, Cohen is the Co-Founder and Chief Digital Officer of Universal Media, a leading Out of Home Media Company specializing in retail, digital out-of-home, and place-based media advertising.
Previously, CEO of Viable, an innovative interactive marketing, design, and consulting agency that helped businesses with strategy, development and other key areas of their online business.
Prior to Viable, was CEO & Co-founder of Shopcliq, the first true social shopping platform in Brazil. In 2012, sold a majority stake in Shopcliq to one of the largest e-commerce groups in LATAM, Buscapé.
He previously founded Converdge, one of the first white label social networking platforms working with Mashable, ABC Family, and Sun, and prior to founding Converdge, helped build and facilitate the sale of the largest shopping mall advertising network to Clear Channel, one of the worlds largest outdoor advertising companies.
