Jennifer Gooding

Jennifer Gooding is CEO and co-principal of PRIME|PR, and head of media relations for MediaTech Ventures. With more than a 16 years in public relations and business development, she works with Fortune 100 companies in full-page profile pieces and other extensive media coverage through outlets such as BBC, CNN, The Economist, Entrepreneur, INC., Fast Company, Financial Times of London, Forbes, Fortune, Smart Money, TechCrunch, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, and 60 Minutes.

Aside from representing some of the most innovative technology companies in the world, she has also run three of the top ten most successful crowdfunding campaigns in Texas’ history. She continues to speak nationally at major conferences on how to run effective crowdfunding campaigns.1

Before bringing her skills to PRIME|PR, Jennifer was director of media and marketing for the Austin Chamber of Commerce where she led media outreach and connected business leaders of top companies, VCs, and public officials.

She is a second-year board chair with TeXchange and the Austin Interactive Marketing Association, and dedicates many additional hours each month to promoting various charities, including Funding the Future, Allies Against Slavery, and the Austin Humane Society – from which all three of her previous pets were rescued. She is a huge animal welfare advocate – spending four years of her twenties working for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and another two obtaining a degree PR, paired with a credential in Nonprofit Management.

Jennifer Gooding was a finalist for the 2014 and 2015 Austin Under 40 Awards as one of the most influential public relations professionals in Austin.
