Mixhalo, co-founded by Incubus guitarist Mike Einziger and his wife, violinist Ann Marie Simpson-Einziger in 2016; Marc Ruxin is CEO. Mixhalo is a high quality, real-time audio platform for venues and their guests that democratizes sound and unifies the live experience, from the front row to the nosebleeds. In 2019, the company raised $10.7 million in Series A funding led by Foundry Group, with participation from Sapphire Sport, Founders Fund, Defy Partners, Cowboy Ventures, Red Light Management, Another Planet Entertainment, Rick Farman and Rich Goodstone of Superfly, and Charlie Walker of C3 Presents.[1]
